OXI One was pretty much spot on from release (then got better) so it can be done- this has been demoed quite a few times at the big trade shows so if they already have the code written the rest is just knobs and buttons ![]()
Now live.
Looks really exciting if they can deliver…
I understand the need for the studio to repatch hw and fx, but for live usage, isnt that to much risk? No fader controls… has it a standalone function and midi implementation to control it without daw?
It can run completely stand alone. Plenty of support to act like faders etc. If you’re looking for info and details there’s plenty on the Indigogo page:
You can also check out the discussion on their Discord.
From Reliq VIP Community Discord-Server:
Hey @everyone ,
Reliq is more than 900% funded in just 24 hours
A huge thank you for the extraordinary support and patience during the last months!
We can not wait to get Reliq in everyone’s hands!
PS: We did our best yesterday to keep the VIP discounts open and we will keep them available until tomorrow, Thursday 28th until 7AM Pacific Time.
Thank you so much, we are so excited for the coming months
Quick note about the breakout box. They know already that the mini-jacks won’t work for everybody and that some people would prefer to have full jacks or even banana jacks for the audio I/O and they should be able to provide more information on that topic by early December.
that we can pick the box we want to be bundled with the control surface
Will this be my holy grail to sequence all my synths (just because Digitakt can’t do Retrigs ON THE MIDI TRACKS
)?
Edit: fixed
I didn’t know that.

I knew there must be a reason why I don’t own a DT already.
No. Wait. It was the sampling to mono thing. But still…
No retrigs is just madness.
Cheers!
It does do retrigs, just not on the midi tracks.
I see. That’s one better at least. Still though…

Cheers!
Reliq posted quite a few new videos yesterday:
I am keeping an eye on this one, but I don’t mind paying full price later to have it properly field tested, reviewed and the option to send it back to a UK shop if anything wrong…sometimes the second wave of production is better than the first!
For anyone who was following along previously, I think these may be the same videos they posted before as part of the IndieGogo campaign, just made publically available.
Yes, I had the same thought, those Videos seem familiar.
Oh, sorry about that
No need for that. I think it is good you posted the link here. Not everyone interessted in the reliq will have watched those Videos.
Not a problem – I had just gotten overly excited for some new demos of the Reliq’s progress.
Coincidentally, there was an email from the developers today about finalizing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and all molded parts. So they seem to be making good progress!
Any updates? I’m not on the Discord.

Hey @everyone, We hope the new year has brought you nothing but positivity! At Reliq, the past month has been a thrilling journey, and we’re excited to share the latest developments with you. Despite a minor hiccup in December with FCC/CE testing, we’re thrilled to share that testing is now in full swing. We celebrated passing the initial EMC test two weeks ago As we gear up for the next round, we’ve proactively identified and are addressing minor potential issues. We are currently optimising relevant components to ensure a smooth testing process without any further delays. In addition to preparing the hardware for production, we’re accelerating features development, focusing on software optimization, and refining the user experience. Here are some highlights on the software front this month:
- Fine-tuned matrix groupings for both type and channel size categorizations.
- The Euclidean Sequencer mode, inspired by the Euclidean Sequencer Max for Live device, has been successfully implemented in Reliq.
- Song mode is in progress, bringing exciting possibilities to Reliq.
- Ongoing optimization and bug fixes across all firmware.
- Collaborating closely with Simon from Midronome, we’ve made substantial enhancements to Reliq’s Audio Unit and VST3 plugins. Together, we’ve developed a USB-based synchronization mechanism, allowing Reliq to sync seamlessly with any DAW in sample precision!
Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for a crucial milestone: the production of manufacturing test units . All necessary parts have been ordered, and we’re on track to assemble multiple test units. February holds the promise of completing FCC/CE testing, initiating the assembly of test units, and finalizing the factory assembly process. While this month has been nothing short of exciting, we’re eagerly anticipating February as we inch closer to releasing Reliq to all of you. We can’t express our gratitude enough for your patience, valuable ideas, suggestions, and unwavering support. Thank you for being an integral part of the Reliq journey. We’re excited about the amazing creations that you will bring to life with Reliq, and we’re honoured to have you with us every step of the way As always, feel free to ask any questions on the questions channel or suggest any ideas or thoughts in feature-suggestions.
