You could, but without additional intermediate processing it would not be very useful.

The Data List document for the Reface series, downloadable from Yamaha’s website, lists the MIDI Control Change (CC) messages sent by the Refaces.

The Digitakt manual lists the MIDI CC messages that the DT responds to.

The parameters do not necessarily correspond. It’s a similar situation to using a Roland Boutique synth to control an Elektron instrument, previously described here:

You will have more success by looking at Roland’s documentation for the SH-01A (and Elektron’s documentation). The MIDI Implementation Chart for the SH-01A gives a list of the MIDI Control Change (CC) messages that the SH-01A’s controls transmit. The manual for each of your Elektron instruments shows which MIDI CC messages they respond to. Because each manufacturer assigns CC messages to functions rather arbitrarily, it’s unlikely that the CC messages for one unit will match all those on any …
