Recording from Ableton sequencer in to A4MK1 sequencer via Overbridge

Hello,

So I have an Analog Four MK1 connected to Ableton Live on my Mac via Overbridge. I can use one of the stock Ableton sequencers to play notes on the A4 but I don’t seem to be able to record the notes in to the sequencer tracks on the A4. I’ve tried doing record and play and send the note data via the AUTO CHANNEL. But nothing gets recorded.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please ?

I think I have answered my own question. You can’t do it via USB in Overbridge mode. If I send the MIDI data via another interface to the MIDI in of the A4 vi the AUTO CHANNEL it works.
