Hey all,
Just received my brand new rytm and i’m experiencing random loud static like noises on both HiHats tracks regardless of open or close HH machines,
master distortion and compressor are off and using default machine.
Before sending a bill to Elektron i wanted to know if anyone here experienced similar issue.

not heard of that myself
but be sure to disconnect all other devices
start a new pattern and load a new kit or new sounds on (those tracks / that voice) and see if it’s still an issue
maybe run the self-test or reload the os or just ask support for best advice

I just reloaded the OS,self test OK, calibration after running 2 hours for optimal temp, new pattern/default kit, problem still persist…
unfortunately it sounds to me like a bad/leaking capacitor and will get in touch with support.
