I’m really interested in interfacing my mixer with a reverb tank. Am I crazy for considering delving into the 500 series world just for this effect? Has anyone else experimented the Radial, or with DIY or other solutions for fun with reverb tanks? Any advice?

I would look at alternatives from Vermona and the Dreadbox Hypnosis for non-500 series options.
