I would say that the USB interface provides a line level signal that is summed like the other channels. The volume paddle connectors could be used to direcyl feed into this channel of the usb level knob. I will open up my key largo and take look:face_with_monocle:

the keylargo is a nice idea, but has some flaws that should be adressed in a mk2 version:
- Headphone output
class compliant USB to connect ios devices
fx switch should switch the sends, not the receives, so that it doesnt cut delays.

Those are the reasons im not sure about it.
-The Fx switch is kinda useless imo if you use delay or long ambient reverb.
-Class compliant usb should be mandatory today.
So … I think im gonna go for it since i cant find anything comparable.
Since it is made by Radial i guess its top quality.

Nice box! I wish they would make an XL with say 6 stereo ins and 3 stereo auxes (that can also be sent to the other auxes) 
And pre/post switches while we re at it 
They do have a rack mixer with 4 stereo ins but still 1 aux:

Hey I am also using Ipad with key largo with camera adapter but it works some times but sometimes it say that accessory needs too much power andit wont connect.
