Update: seems a new PSU is the way to go. 've had it for a week and no issues thus far. Elektron got one out immediately upon receiving my ticket. Good people, them.

Hey I know it’s years later now but I have the same issue.
When you say Elektron sent a new PSU, do you mean the cable unit with the power adapter or do you mean the internal PSU?

I mean the external unit. They sent me a new one and it was all good.
That is the PSU, no?

There seems to be the 2 parts which is the internal PSU and the external one with the power cable.
