Question about sound locks

Greetings Elektronauts

So I very recently got an Analog Four and so far i’m having a blast ( despite my crappy speakers, but i’m looking into getting that fixed ASAP )

I have a question though, when i’m working on the presets project and I go for a sound lock, it’s all working as it should, i press and hold the trig and use the level knob to get the sound i want on that particular step.

Though when i’m working in a new project I created, there’s no sounds available in the sound lock menu.

Question is, how do I select the sounds I want to go in the sound lock pool ?

Thanks in advance

from sound banks (you access it by double pressing a track)

you can press LEFT or RIGHT arrow…dont remember actually…but these 2 arrows opens two distinct menus. In one of them you can add that sound to the pool

func+sound to “sound manager” +yes/save (at this point find the sound you want… Yes/save will add a check mark to the left of the preset name, you can select more than one sound this way) + right arrow to “copy to” + yes/save to sound pool+ yes/save

Thank you very much

and if i want to add a sound from the + drive ? for example a sound/preset located in folder “D” , can i open in sound lock ? or the sounds must be all in the pool ?

yes, you need to copy it to the pool…
