Question about saving a patch

I created a bass drum on track 1 from scracht, then use parameter locks for different sounding basses… is there a way to save a trig to patch?

No, not yet unfortunately.

No.
But you can copy and paste trigs. (Which would copy and paste all settings, ie your sound)
You can also save a patch to the sound pool, and parameter lock from the pool.

Bit confused when you say patch, that is for example my bass drum on T1? How do I save to a sound pool? I guess what I could do is then copy a BD trig to T2 save it, ect, then I could save all my different bass drum sounds that way?

See the manual for details on saving patches, saving patches to sound pool, etc.

yes sir, but will my 2nd question work?

yes, you can copy over the track sound + p-locked trigs, then reset the values of the p-lock to default values and save the patch as a variation, bit tedious but will work, hope rytm’s latest ability of saving p-locks as presets will come to all elektrons too, very useful.
