Hey guys?
Is there a way to quantize a single step on the sequencer that was recorded with live rec?
So far what I’ve found on the manual and videos online is that you can either quantize a whole track, all tracks or use micro timing. The ‘inconvenience’ with the latter is that you have to play around to figure out where the step is off and manual correct it, vs. just quantize a note/step on the fly.
Maybe I’m missing something obvious here?
Thanks!
I’m pretty sure that the answer is: No, you either quantizes all of the notes (to the degree you want) or none of them. Source: I’ve read the manual and seen too many video tutorials on different Elektron devices than I care to admit, and I’ve never seen anything like quantization on individual notes.

If there was a way to quantise a single step (which there isn’t), it would be way more steps than selecting a note and shifting its microtiming… I’d stick with that personally.

I usually just listen to the track, find the trig that’s wrong, then manually click-and-unclick it in grid mode, which will quantize it, or, slightly slower, microtime shift it back to 0.
