Currently i’m using the Octatrack as the brain of my setup. Octa sends program changes to Rytm, and it’s working.

Problem is, Octa has 16 banks, Rytm has only 8 (why did you guys at Elektron did this).

So when i play pattern I01 on the Octa, Rytm will play A1 :confounded:

Is there a way to the Octa manually send the program change ? I’d like when Octa send I01, Rytm will play H8, for instance.

Yes. Disactivate PROG CH SEND in the OT’s PROJECT menu and instead set a Program Change for a MIDI sequencer track in a Part that is linked to the new pattern.

In your example, set Program Change 119 (equivalent to H8) in a Part that is linked to pattern I01 on the OT.
