Program Changes w/ OT and AR

Im looking to change programs on my AR with the OT.

OT Pattern A01 w/ AR Bank A1
OT Pattern B01 w/ AR Bank B2

…and so on.

I have the OT Midi Sync set to:

TRANSP SEND
CLOCK SEND
PROG CH SEND

and I have the AR Midi Sync set to:

CLOCK RECEIVE
TRANSPORT RECEIVE
PROG CH RECEIVE

What am I doing wrong?
