Today i received my Digitakt back from repair (Loose Screw)
Out of curiosity i logged onto Elektron.se to check & see if there were any repair details on file somewhere on my account. When i checked to look at my registered products the unit/serial number had been removed from that list. I know for sure that i’d registered the Digitakt as the serial number appears predictively alongside all my other product serial numbers where you type them in. It also showed up when i was creating a ticket about this issue.
Has anyone else had this issue?
