Hi. Was just wondering if any of you could help me out with my problem… I have a waldorf blofeld desktop hooked up to my octatrack. It’s receiving notes fine but when I try to assign pots to send CC data nothing happens 
I’ve looked through both manuals and can’t figure out what the problem would be. Thanks!
have you tried function+knob (on the OT) to actually assign the CC?
Yeah… No success. Accept for the bottom left knob which is assigned to the modwheel. That work but none of the others do
sorry, can’t help then. i had it working fine after I figured out the OT side. can’t recall I had to do much to the blofeld. you sure you’re using the correct CCs? (since modwheel seems to work)…
edit: just seeing it’s control+push knob to assign/edit different CCs

Is there a setting on the blo to enable/disable the CC reception? I don’t have mine in front of me right now.
try go into the global menu, make sure the MIDI Channel is the right one you are sending to and also check that ‘Ctrl Receive’ is on; this should fix your problem
i noticed a similar thing yesterday. when i was turning the knobs in midi mode, they remained at zero…
i haven’t been able to use my OT for a few months, but i remember it working before.
Classic problem with the Blofeld 
Make sure you enable CC receive in the Blofeld’s menu.
It is off by default, which is why I know this to be a usual issue !
