One of the most exciting aspects of using my Monomachine is the constant possibility of being cut by it. There was not a lot of deburring going on in the early days of Elektron.

My MD Mk1 has corners like a ninja star. I sometimes daydream about rounding them off but I also like the tough utilitarian look to the squareness.

There are variations on the production runs. My non-UW MD is very light and shiny, and the MnM lettering is quite light. However all my LEDs are matching heights - these things are a work of art
