thanks for your side note feedback! It’s super valuable and smart. Since I worked on these tracks so intensely, one after each other, it makes sense that they’re both very condensed, but then also highly similar – and since I mostly used the A4 onboard keyboard, the voicing doesn’t ever change.
Independent of that it feels impossible to change the order of the tracks, or remove something – it’s been sitting like this for two years, and I listened and re-listened so much to it. It truly feels like this is “it”, for this release. There’s a 64 page booklet that I’ll send to have printed this or next week, with a poem for each track, and drawings, and and and… it’s all a big connected thing, beyond the music.
Which doesn’t diminish your point. I think it might actually a point that’s true for all my music, but i’ll check back and see!
