Is there a way in the Digitakt II to not choke my samples everytime they get triggered…?
Like keep the sustain until the end of the sample until its completely finished and on top of that a new trigger?

Not on 1 track, the behavior is monophonic.
With external midi (or midi loopback) you can trigger all tracks with notes 0-15, no choke.
