playing with my new toy I wonder if there’s a convenient way to edit and transfer patterns to and from a computer (or any other device). I know there’s a patch editor, but I’d like to prebuild a kind of rhythm library. Is there any app which could fit my needs ? Do you have any workflow to share ? I dream of a simple transfer window where you could drag’n drop midi files. Or a simple 16/32/48/64 steps x 6 channels editor to quickly build patterns from your computer. Is that rocket science ? I think the basic patterns and kits loaded by default are pretty limited on this machine, which has quite powerful edit capabilities on the other hand.
Not sure if that’s exactly what you’re looking for or if you have Ableton, but that thread got me into connecting my M:S to the computer (and it worked).
