I also can’t pan tracks, well I say can’t but I’m actually waiting on a replacement. It’s been a long 3 weeks without.
Hopefully it wasn’t my user error, though support did suggest it was a hardware issue in my case.
Whenever I’ve had a panning issue, it turned out that my audio cables weren’t connected properly.
I had the same issue, but realised it was abletons audio track that wasnt selected as a stereo pair, if anyone else is running it through a DAW, this may be your issue
I use panning all the time. For instance, in one pattern on my current song, I panned every trig differently, so the sound walks from left to right during playback of the pattern.
It was a hardware fault. In this case they replaced the main board.
