Page sync issue on DT

Hi Everyone,

If you are using different track lengths per pattern, changing them while the sequencer is running can cause pages to get out of sync.

I recorded a quick video to show this behavior. It might be working as designed, but it certainly caused some skepticism of the DT’s midi capabilities at our last 2 writing sessions.

Now that I know what’s causing it, I have not run into the problem any more.

Adding that this was answered by Elektron, and it is working as designed.
It’s because I was using M.LEN of INF.
If I set it to 64, the example I did in the video works fine.

Thanks! Now I know that reason to have M.LEN something other than infinite. I just tested this with a Pattern M.LEN of 64, and it works correctly. It allows me to add pages and record with the sequencer running and everything aligns. Works well for making “straight” beats in real-time. Best regards, Gino
