i’m new to music, and the model samples is my first purchase! I ordered it second hand off of reverb, and my T3 pad won’t make any noise, even if I try to change the sample? am i doing something wrong? or maybe they said it was perfect condition and it’s not…

I would start by holding down the [FUNC] button when powering on the device and performing a factory reset (this will clear all data).
It’s worth double checking the velocity settings, I remember struggling to get anything out of the Models with the velocity on the pads turned on short of hitting them with a hammer.
