On all other elektron boxes, I am able to p-lock absolutely whatever I want. LFO shape? LFO trig type? LFO reset on a trig? Sure! Delay ping pong width? Sure!
But on the Octatrack it seems every page (src, amp, fx, lfo) has a second page with parameters that I just cannot p-lock, but really want to p-lock. Am I missing something, or is this just a glaring oversight that Elektron has refused to address in the over half a decade the MK2 has been out?
No.
Who knows.

I guess it follows the same logic as Digitakt having 2 LFOs but no velocity mod, while the Rytm has 1 LFO but DOES have velocity mod. Therefore, because the Digitakt can p-lock LFO parameters but only has 33 seconds of recording time, then Octatrack must have the opposite. Loving these devices despite this is like a curse. shakes fist at clouds
