Yeah, I just triple checked on the DT. Overlapping notes works fine for MIDI, but if you re-trigger a particular note again whilst all ring out, that will choke said note.

Right, I’m just saying the way the OT does it is pretty standard for a polyphonic step sequencer. I’ve never gotten to use a Cirklon, but I’ve got a Midibox Seq V4, which is a way more advanced sequencer than the OT in most regards, and it works the same way. Most trackers (which is what the OT’s sequencer is most similar to under the interface) work the same way. I’d love it if they updated it to work like their newer ones (and same with the MBSeq), but it makes sense that they did it the way they did at the time.
