i’m looking through the overbridge manual and i can’t seem to find out how to access the ‘plugin’ in non ableton software like protools. is this something only available in ableton live? not an ableton user here. if that’s the case, it’s really too bad that it’s only useful if you have live. any input is much appreciated.
VST protocol under protools is RTAS
Overbridge is VST/AU plugins
You still have different workaround check this …
There is also a tool from Blue Cat called “Patchwork” there are two versions with “Patchwork 32” its also possible to use 32bit vst/au in 64bit DAW… didnt tried it yet because i am out of money but it seems very interesting to me.
