Overbridge as iOS/iPadOS app?

I’m using DT2 w iOS iPhone while traveling to work. I intend to go iPad when they release the next gen later this year.

Overbridge would be next level.

I can definitely see Elektron apps for “Overflow”.

Yes i ment a12x, my bad, thank you

Yep, but the Overbridge multi track streaming software is not an app, but a driver - which Apple restricts to M-processors.

It is not a released product, just an in-development thing that we’re trying out live. So I’m basically relaying the same info we give in the Elektron booth. And all that are at Superbooth are welcome to come and try it out live themselves!

Thank you for replying

Fantastic news! Air M1 + Syntakt here - ready for beta!

Fantastic news indeed!

Excited for a beta and/or a release.

NGL, I could totally see myself making a record just with a Syntakt and OB2 on iPad, then play the mixdowns to a R2R, boom

So your saying that if I was about to purchase an iPad to compliment my DTII (have been using just that box solo for 6 months to avoid gas/get to know it) then the most logical decision would be the Air M3 over the Mini 7(A17pro chip) ?

question is how much app will be, and how much will be subscription, per month or per year

no one wrote that it would be free. I think this is related to questions about interest

Yeah, that would be even more important to me. Because there is no better sample creator than the iPad.

Please make it a reality for us users. For the love of all that is holy in this universe, we beg of you.

The fact they are showing it off already tells me beta signups are just a matter of when, not if… But lets knock on wood for now. The whole DriverKit thing is pretty much an unknown at this point, not enough real life cases out there…

Nice, using a hub and able to switch between devices
Wonder if it will be able to handle multiple simultaneously …

Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus: please pursue this project, Elektron. It would be absolutely amazing for a lot of users. iOS has really matured as a platform for audio/music work (finally!), so I hope that this dream comes true!

ive often wondered if there would be a device designed to make multiplle devices easier to deal with, without a daw… a software configurable device where i can group devices differently to end up with 8 channel mixer (for example) so everything is on one screen.
