Instead of using T8 in the device for Master can I plug main out of the OT to Chase Bliss Audio Clean compressor and my 250 Ohm headphones into the compressor?

I’m pretty sure that those pedals only pass instrument level audio and not line level, so depending on the headphones it will be quiet or very quiet. You’d likely need to add a small, powered mixer or headphone amp in between the pedal and the headphones for proper levels.
This Reddit thread about another CB pedal seems to confirm that they don’t pass a line level signal.

I would recommend something like this:

Inexpensive and more flexibility for you to use it in other ways. Many are the same regardless of brand name, but just make sure it passes stereo signal at the output if you intend to use it with a stereo signal. The size is also very compact.
I have some similar which are mono only so when you purchase, this is something to confirm.

But with this model I need to figure out how to connect it with regular DC cable without computer.

I think it’s just a regular 5V phone charger. I think that part won’t be an issue as long as you have a power outlet available.
Of course, find the right solution for you. Only mentioning this to make you aware of the option, not to sell you on it.
