haven’t checked it out myself, but what’s this all about?
Looks cool, but I prefer closed source wavetable synths. If you leave the source open on a windy day, the waves will fly away.
looks interesting…finding a bit weird how the pro plan has less options then the subscribe plan, unless everything from the subscribe plan gets carried over the plus/pro plans?
It’s really good, especially for a free instrument! Notably, you can audio-rate modulate many of the parameters, which is rare in VST synth land.
Oh man, imo this joke was almost perfect.
How about: if you leave the source open on a windy day, you can WAVE goodbye to your TABLES!
heh? Heh?
…whatever…
I’ve been using Vital for quite some time now. It’s very close in sound and features to Serum but it costs 0 dollars. It’s fantastic.
Is vital open source?
I didn’t see any links to source code ?!
( free and open source are not the same thing)
Perhaps, I missed on the website ?
Dont think its open source at all.
Just confusing open source with free
There is a github for it under Matt’s name.
The vocal stuff is not part of it though.
Have you got a link ?
( sorry don’t know Matt’s (?) GitHub account )
It’s a secret. ![]()

Thanks muchly
That’s pretty good…a little too good.
You’re not, like, some mob boss that has an idiosyncratic annoyance of people commenting on his jokes(and loves facilitating electronic gear forums), are you…?
You’re not gonna have your men put a hit out on me, are you…?
I take it back…it was a fine joke- no improvement possible. And if there was then it was because you messaged me that joke and I forgot that I originally heard it from you.
No harm done. We all love a good chuckle around here, right fella’s? But Louie “Rack of Ribs” Soprano has a message for you. Keep your sources closed, and your tables wavier.
Hoo Matt Tytel new synth
Great ! This guy made few other good one before.
Need to look at that.
