Hi, I just discovered this place and glad there are some active like-minded people fiddling about with knobs and what not. This is my entry for this challenge, hope it fits in:

The samples are from someone reading out of a greek mythology book.

Indeed, that’s far from being a serious entry. And, in order to respect the satiric tone of the video, I managed to make a track without serious application (nothing quantized, savage cut and stretch from the sample, random input on the fly…). I’ll upload it this weekend !

Here is mine I had much fun with this AMSR nonsense.

OB-6 and Syntakt were involved, as well as silly AMSR sounds

No mastering, little bit of Valhalla on AMSR noises.

Monomachine for all the music. Used this Finnish ASMR video (starting at around 6:40). She’s asking silly ear to ear this or that questions. That audio also went thru the MnM.

Kinda felt like a creep doing this, but I guess we’ll file this under “it’s good to be out of your comfort zone every now and then”. :smiley: Still don’t get the whole ASMR thing at all, ha!

I used Assimil8or to chop up the samples and… uh… can “modular drums” count as an instrument? If so, I used just two instruments.

Phone speaker is the new tape saturation.
I can foresee a future where you have the choice between iPhone 6S speaker saturation and OP-1 OG’s. ^^
