Decksaver with Analog case are fine for me. The only problem I had in the whole time was that the switch went off about 2 times in the case and the battery ran out. You need to be careful when putting the device into the case.
Oh it fits with the decksaver, I’ve done that with the op1f a ton. I was mainly curious cause of the pitchbend of the opxy and the decksaver. I need to dremel it or something but I was wondering if the decksaver and analog case put too much pressure on the pitchbend.
I recently switched around to have the XY plus deck saver in an analog cases case, and the black field bag I got for the XY I’m now using for my OP-1 Field + deck saver.
The field bag with the deck saver is a tight fit on XY, and I was noticing some rubbing on the pitch bend from inserting/removing - but it’s a much better fit for the OP-1.
Just arrived. Fits well on the XY, not too tight that you have to worry about scratching the device.
However, I have to say that the XY attached to the Decksaver does not fit well in the Analog Cases Glide. It works if you want it to, but it’s really very, very tight.
But it doesn’t bother me because I want to use the Decksaver mainly as dust protection at home.
https://www.sfbags.com/products/steam-deck-magnetic-case I use this bag with my OP-1 Field. It’s slightly roomy - perfect for a couple cables inside - with a deck saver, it feels like it’s made for the OP. I love this thing.
Just got a pair of these dead cheap laptop legs which can be Velcro onto the xy for a better angle. Works well and flat enough to keep on inside the analog case.
