I second this. I thought the ability to just parameter lock the arp would be enough, but the ability to disable per step is needed in order to use the arp as a workaround for inputting occasional triplets. If you try to use a short trigger for the arp while it is set to triplets, you won’t be able to have it trigger on all steps.

*EDIT- Just realized I misunderstood. I was talking about being able to disable the arp altogether for certain steps on the sequencer.

wow, haven‘t noticed this is missing  I hope this will be added :see_no_evil:

Is that not what I have?

If you’re getting the same signal from both cables you must have something like this:

The other cable breaks the signal into two, the tip and ring; the gate and cv signals.

The terminology doesn’t seem to be very consistent, and splitter can refer to either dual stereo or breakout cables. What you need is a breakout cable. They usually have a black and a red connector, which might also be labeled tip (black) and ring (red).

Thank you so much ! :pray:t4: This template was what I was looking for , was fun to jam away with it . I’m trying to figure out what notes correspond to what Punch in effect . I was able to find a couple so far by accident and programed the buttons on the right side. Will be dope if we can get the Punch In effects notes/pitch so we can map and control that with the XL/other devices

Hey… mnd to share your Intech PBF4 setup? I just dusted mine from the shelf! Thanks

I uploaded the two separate pages to the Grid Editor cloud. They are named PBF4 OPXY Page 1 and 2. Hope you can access them.

Is it possible to step record a chord and then nudge 1 of the chord notes while keeping the others in place?

Not directly as you describe it. You could record the delayed note on the next step and nudge it backwards. Another option would be to decrease the tempo way down and live record it to the sequencer without quantization.

Maestro is a great tool for strumming stuff into the sequence.

Watching from the sidelines on this one, but I agree. This is the top shelf gear, how can so many early adopters be okay with what seem like glaring failures with this launch?

Cool - you found the cc numbers for the punch-in fx? Do share!

I tell you what’s fun…Stop the sequencer but have it in Brain mode.

Send one or two channels to an external effect and play the Brain.

Great through a delay, especially when messing with delay times on a kick drum and one note melody :loud_sound::open_mouth:‍:dash::ok_hand:

I don’t know what to say, this hasn’t been my experience at all. Different people have different experiences, I wouldn’t speak to yours because I don’t know yours.
