well it’s also more of a bug fix/process improvement update, so maybe not the most attractive marketing content for an email. Probably better to just release it then try to hype it and face all the disappointed folks.

its weird when i try to click download FW it says page not found

also weird is if i try the midi updater my FW says 1.5.0 and it says your OP-1 is up to date

same! (haven’t tried the updater yet, but suspect it’ll be the same as your experience)

huh, maybe that’s why no email

it seems like they found bugs and just removed the file from the download link. Hopefully it is back fast, I really hope the input selection has an option to turn USB audio off fully

Can anyone clarify what this means? What’s clipboard mixer levels vs. active?

i was wondering this exact same thing

it probably means that on the 1.50 if you shift lifted something and after changed some mixer settings, those mixer settings would be applied once you merge drop. Now apparently it keeps the old settings - as when you lifted.

I never noticed that before but the pre-update behavior is kind of cool then… like if a consolidated lift / drop sounds off then you can just adjust the mix and drop again.

I could see how that can be confusing and mess people up though. Lots to keep in your head. Update is more straightforward

I liked it like that in order to harmonize volume and then put everything back to 100

multitrack USB Audio Input(s) ???

what browser are you using?

I think I’ve checked it nearly every day and 12.04.24 seems a bit dated by today :upside_down_face:

I think with the USB update there’s more to the OP-Z connection and it should now host Elektrons aswell? :zap:

oh it’s not the firmware I think…it’s 2kb

This just downloads the HTML with the file missing page

exactly

somebody downloaded this one?

would be nice to upload that here or via dm

I wouldn’t recommend that. It might cause issues with your device or even brick it… better to hold on for a bit longer
