Only first track / trig playing

hi all,

I have a weird issue, only first track (kick) is playing the recorded sequence… nothing is muted, other tracks volume level are normal, not sure what is going on as I played normally couple of days ago.

did anyone had such issue?
I guess the reason might be pretty stupid but I cannot figure it out… even unplugged the Digi from all other gear, I just have a DC in and headphones and I only hear audio from first track. I can see that other trigs are getting triggered (they flash when they should) but there’s no audio.

of course I tried restarting the unit but it does not help. I am out of ideas

okay when I unplugged the DC in, it does not even turn on now :frowning:

okay it turned on but still only first track playing

Couple things. Can you check of you have global mutes activated? Also, If you have external midi controlling the Digitakt cc93 activates solo mode. Could this have happened to you?

everything works now after factory reset !!

but I am not sure if I should send it for repair or something?
does it happen often?

Unfortunately because your problem wasn’t actually identified it’s hard to say whether it will happen again.

Strange things can happen when you are midi connected, ending up with a soloed track is one of them.
