Ess advises not to disassemble but to try the following to dislodge a hair
However, I once had the Digitone come back from repair with a fingerprint on the screen which was driving me up the wall so I followed these instructions to get it apart and clean it off
(you’ll need a torx screwdriver head like this)

Program a huge, deep reece bassline on the Digitone, turn the volume right up and then hold the box up to your monitors. Watch that hair turn to dust and disappear

Okay, that was unfair, my bad. Honestly I’d just try using a compressed air can, but not too much at one time - maybe it will work for you. Kinda reminds me of that guy who’s found dead spiders inside Octatrack tho, but that’s another story. Good luck!
