Yes, I’ve contacted them just in case 
They have sent it to me once, when i got the new face plate for my a4 from some guy here, but it was without that plastic cover, so i asked them and they did sent it to me. Nice people

Ok … Elektron told me to check that with the retailer.
As they said I shouldn’t be worries. I’ll keep it. I don’t want to start to send the machine to Music Store etc bla bla bla

Just checked my regular black: same issue
Why you decided to keep it? It will collect dust and also looks bad.

Got another black one here. Was thinking about trying to get used to it as well but it’s hard not to think about it once you’ve discovered it.

I pressed the corner of mine during one minute and it’s less visible, not a big deal now.
I have the same screen issue with my new Octatrack made in late 2022. Bit of a bummer.
Being depressed became a standard.
