When running Logic X in cycle mode my octatrack starts early everytime the loop gets near the end and then is out of sync. Every other hardware sequencer I own, including the A4, loop seamlessly in cycle mode. Does anyone else have this problem? Does it happen in other DAWs?
I’ve managed to solve the issue by changing the clock mode in Logic to Song - SPP at Playstart and cycle jump. Setting the clock mode to Pattern will also work but any of the other clock settings the octatrack will jump ahead of the beat.
