I Bought a new octatrack mk2 and the volume poti is nearly broken. Dont want to send it back because the support is so nice 
I think its not a big problem to replace it? How many ohm or what ever is this poti? Where can i buy it? Or how many it will Coast to fix it at a Serious dealer?
Dont buy higher price gear over internet so many are to stupid to parcel it… original box with a little bit of bubble wrap. And this from a big www dealer. Dont buy at kytary!

Sry, I don’t get it. Unfortunately I don’t know what type it is, but Elektron can send you a replacement, just contact them. You don’t have to send your OT to Elektron if you’re willing to change the part yourself or take it to a shop and let them replace it.
If you want go get it fixed at a local music store or repair shop, just ask them what their estimate would be. It depends, I know my local dealer charges 45€ per half hour (+material). Replacing a potentiometer would cost you that half hour.
