I had someone install a replacement endless encoder and I’m afraid my octatrack is worse now the encoder works but the one to the left is way messed up and the leds are unresponsive in test mode now?? Can I just order a replacement or have it repaired correctly I’m afraid to even look at what’s been done. I’ve made a ticket but know they’re under staffed rn so thought I’d ask everyone! Thx so much
