Everything was working fine with a thru machine before, then suddenly…
I added input to c & d, could never get them to play from the thru machine, though the level indicator showed input. So i tried troubleshooting the machine by muting it. Inputs a & b were still coming through. I stopped the sequencer and muted all tracks. Still, a & b make noise. Nothing i do except turning the volume on master affects a & b. I reloaded all the machines as default static, still the same result. A & b always play through the machine. Nothing picks up c & d. Is this a bug, or am i missing some global setting?
I’ll also mention this is a heavily used unit i recently purchased, absolutely riddled with bugs. I havent tried switching parts yet, will do when i get home.
Switch parts. Better yet, start a new project. Better yet, run in test mode, then start a new project.
Also never underestimate the power of the manual.
Track + Stop to cut a Thru.
Doesn’t seem a bug.
If you change to a new machine, it doesn’t take effect unless you play a trig or Track + Play.
Same with part changes. New machines / fx / settings are not effective unless you play a trig.
I saw a bug yesterday crawling around on my OT. Went straight inside through the space around a button.
Didn‘t see it coming out, so I reckon at least one bug must be inside. Probaply more.
