Octatrack Main Outs suddenly stopped making any kind of a sound. I tried resetting the machine few times. Loading new projects and sets. No luck.
I plugged in my headphones in to a headphone jack just to see if I can get any sound. Headphone jack is making an oscillator like pitch up and down noise. Very buzzy too. When I move master volume knob it makes even more oscillator like pitch up and down noise. Not the sound that you want to hear out of Octatrack.
My guess is that main outs are dead and headphone jack is just sending some intermitting buzzing signal.
I also noticed that AB and CD inputs keep flashing from green to yellow every time I move my master volume knob. I don’t have anything plugged in to them and they keep flashing.
Any help would he appreciated. Pretty bummed right now.
