i´m on mac with bigsur.
OB is auto starting each time i start the PC.
how can i de-enable this ?
There’s a set-once toggle in the settings (cog : top right) of the OB control panel app

What is the Overbridge control panel app? Do you mean the Overbridge/ Engine window?
I also want to disable autostart of the OB engine. Using Version 2.3.9 but can’t find any settings.
It’s not listed in the “User & Groups” Login Items either, so I don’t know were else to look for.
The short answer is that the Overbridge control panel app is the Overbridge control panel app, the long answer is that the Overbridge control panel app is the Overbridge control panel app ! 
Maybe it’s named differently in Windows, I dunno, but here’s the finder view of some of my elektron apps
