Hi people My A4 just stopped sounding, and when testing mode in early startup menu, it shows 1 errors. Anyone knows a quick way to fix it?

just booted the machine up after christmas no sound
booted up the machine today to load the low register sound bank on my a4, loaded fine and got the sound load notification.
I used c6 v1.4E for os x 10.5 ppc.
no sound came out or through the machine.
I did not check the sound through-put before I loaded the sound bank.
previously all operations have been working perfectly before this indecent.
I reloaded the OS. still there is no sound from the L R output nor the headphone output.
