New from Unfiltered Audio - Silo
Lots of videos out there, but this one has clean vs. effected examples with different sound sources and timestamps. (Plus, blinky lights lol)
Looks like an interesting option along with Valhalla’s offerings.
Valhalla DSP are my other favoritest developer, but they don’t do any granular DSP (yet?). Their offerings are a bit more…“normal”…reverb than Silo.
Silo looks like a granular and space oriented audio playground. WANT!
Yeah. Watching the longer demo, somewhat like what StutterEdit does but in the spatial realm. Looks really useful.
Hey, thanks for sharing! Yeah, very excited to have this one out finally. It’s been a really long process.
was part of the beta crew on this one. really enjoy using it it’s already in a few tracks. it’s different and i like the integration of all the separate parts and spacial aspect of it. stoked to have it out so i can recommend it to people! UA is so good. i love their stuff.
Looks like another solid effort from Unfiltered Audio… and I was surprised by how good that Richard Devine was. I often find he manages to make absolutely everything sound exactly like him but those examples did a great job of showing of how flexible and good sounding it was. Thing is, with it being Plugin Alliance you know that it’s only a question of time before they have some weird sale to celebrate the fact that the CEO’s dog just got a haircut and so all plugins are $29.99…
PA have added it to some of the subscription bundles, which is awesome – means I’ll be downloading and trying it out tomorrow!
I’m a big fan of Triad / Byome, so I’m really keen to try this
No sale necessary, with loyalty discount + a voucher it was only 30 bucks for me. Unfiltered Audio makes some of my favorite plugins so it was a no brainer. Excited to dig into this.
Wow, I checked and I can get it for $79. I assume because I own other Unfiltered Audio plugins.
Really hard to resist at that price…
Yeah, I’ve got that deal also. Though logging into my account reminded me just how many Unfiltered Audio plugins I have and how I should probably spending more time with those rather than chasing new and shiney baubles… we’ll see how long my resistance holds out…
