I’ve been excitedly waiting for this firmware to drop. I’ll be trying it out this week. For me, the real draw is that your personalized eq compensation curve is also applied to music and media you’re listening to. This is going to be great! (coming from someone with pretty severe hearing loss in a few frequency bands).
anyone else upgraded and can’t see the Health section? it’s weird I’m on the correct firmware and I’m supposed to see a Health section where I can take a hearing test but I don’t see it
For me it appeared automatically to the Health app - Browse - Hearing section. Also the firmware update happened automatically and I just got a notice telling me about it and suggesting among other things if I wanted to test my hearing.
I think it already was in the Health app but it should be in settings too… weird I can’t see it in the setting… I’ll try adding a test from the Health app, thanks!
If I put my airpods on the Settings app has a section for the airpods and I have the hearing test here too.
yep, it’s not appearing in my Settings, weird…
It’s not available in all regions yet.
