its really good build and the functions are great for perfomances, will get one i guess

Tons of push encoders, faders, buttons with macros, multiples I/O, midi filtering, sd card storage, snapshot, morph seq, programming on the unit, keyboard connection for typing name 
…I guess i’m gonna be all in on this device, it really seems to solve so many problems in a well thought package.
Price seemed steep at first but after a bit of reflexion, not so much for what it could offer me.

I could see an awesome “old vs new” MIDI writing and performance setup based around an RK-008, MIDI keyboard and Drop. It wasnt that long ago that having such a thing had to mean taking a computer into the equation. Great times
Right now I’m trying to figure out if I could somehow use my RK-008 similarly to The Drop haha…
As in, getting a part-change to also trigger a “snapshot” to the connected gear
I guess you’d have to manually record all of your midi cc information for the desired “state”, on step one of each new part on the RK
Kind of a pain in the butt I guess
