Yes, thatās what I do. Save project only.
Nothing lost doing this.
For a live project, maybe Iād save parts.
Because then it canāt reload?

Recently I started saving entire banks, from the project menu. You can reload all 16 patterns and 4 parts. Itās one of those in your face things that one might not gravitate to so Iām mentioning itā¦
Yes I never really checked the behaviour of save bank and so never started using it.
I do actually save parts quite a bit but mentally itās like ācaution you have saved parts - currrnt settings at riskā !
