Hey I was wondering if y’all had any experience with these myvolt power adapters? I’d like to get another power supply for my DT and i’d prefer not to spend 50 bucks!
I have ripcord and birdcord. Birdcord is more reliable and works with more powerbanks.

I’ve used a few of myvolts’s adaptors, but mostly for volcas/effects pedals.
Never had a problem and always found them a pleasant company to deal with.
However, I’m not sure I’d want to use any third party power supply with more expensive gear like a Digitakt, but I guess that’s a personal choice.

Hey that’s my only hesitation. Definitely do not want to fry my 800 dollar machine! I’d prefer an actual power adapter as opposed to a usb power converter.
Definitely. I asked for a ripcord for a piece of gear they didn’t specifically advertise for (and for which some of the spec details were missing) so they sent me one for free (right voltage, with a couple of alternative plugs for the DC end), saying “let us know if it works”.

As has already been said on the existing thread on this topic, I find RipCords unreliable for powering the Digitakt. BirdCord is far more reliable.
