I finally finished my EP and got It up on Bandcamp. It’s four tracks of electronic music mixed with samples, mostly my own sampled instruments, voices, and the like.
Made partially on the iPad (some started in GarageBand), in Ableton, Logic for Mac, and using a Digitone, OP-Z, and maybe some others—it’s been a while since I started.
The tracks have been done for a while, but while I was very happy with the mixing, their relative volumes were up and down. I ran them through Logic Pro’s new mastering plugin and it seems to have made everything better, and nothing worse. I just used the default “transparent” setting.
