Hi guys! what offgear i need for octatrack mkii, i mean midi interface for connect the octatrack mkii to my mac/pc or i just need an midi usb cable?Thanks!
USB is only for accessing the cf card to transfer samples. Also possible to update the firmware via usb.
Midi only over din ports.

A midi interface will let you control midi and cc with a daw, as mentioned the USB only does samples and update

You can get a midi interface in a wire if that’s what you mean, I use one sometimes
