Yes, they are Slovakian business. I know them from Prague, Czech Republic - physical store. Bought from them several times - some stomp boxes, digital piano, strings… Quite traditional store here for maybe 20 years, no problem with them on my side.

I’ll tell you my experience from today. I’m UK based. Bought a pedalboard from their online store. Payment went through. I then received an email telling me the item wasn’t in stock and to either choose an alternative product.
I checked their website and the same item was relisted at a higher price!
So either they are incompetent or they list items for sale on their website they don’t have in stock just to get customers to choose an alternative item they do have in stock.
Their customer service person couldn’t have sounded less interested if she tried.
While I await a refund, I’m busy leaving feedback on communities like this, although there are so many negative reviews from other UK customers on Google reviews, Facebook, Trustpilot etc that I feel like I’m flogging a dead Slovakian horse.
Why don’t you sue them? You paid the item that they have and they don’t want to ship at the agreed price. Also, could you please post the exact item you bought, so anyone can check that the price indeed went up.

They are OK, customer support is not exactly Thomann level, but it works
