AI aside, the comment itself came across as an attempt to silence a lighthearted ongoing discussion. The logic that the post mute should be utilized should be directed at them as well for being so fed up when others weren’t.

If you meant my post, and that’s how you read it, sorry, that was not my motivation, I merely wanted to know the useful stuff, wasn’t interested the rest.
And the reason I shared it was because I figured there might be others like me, just interested in the info.

I didn’t know about the ability to Mute forum members who i feel are trolling till recently… This has got worse over the last few years i fear. But boy does it feel good to be able to do this. The majority of members i really enjoy discoursing with. But hats off to the programmers for this.

(I have two Watch Guys I know IRL. Once I IRL-muted, the other is actually cool)

Oh well. I’m trying to do my best and contain my inner grumpy old man thoughts.
I don’t mute anyone or anything and let things flow as they will. I think that’s the best way, ultimately. It gives me a truer picture of life as it is. I value that. I learn from that.

I’ve not muted a single thread and I have no idea what they mean either.
But, I do not read every single thread. Does everyone else here do? I kinda wish I knew what they mean so I could check them out and judge for myself. Who knows it might be a thread I’m on and might not consider it to be negative so it could go either way
